As much as Cash Finance would like to assist NSW/ACT consumer loan customers, changes in NSW/ACT legislation and increase in lending restrictions has NOT allow us (short term loan industry) to operation effectively in NSW/ACT. Hence with regret, Cash Finance (and many other short term finance service providers) has withdrawn from NSW/ACT consumer market.
